Hull Inspection & Class Survey

To ensure your marine asset’s safety and performance, AIMMS performs thickness gauging surveys and non-destructive testing of jack-ups, semi-submersibles, drill ships, FPSO, FSO and PLSV type vessels. We offer you specialized NDT Techniques, such as Eddy currents and ACFM, without the need for removing protective paint coatings. AIMMS inspectors are highly experienced in performing ultrasonic thickness measurements and corrosion evaluations for all industry sectors including oil and gas, power generation and structural contractors. The specialists are highly qualified, classification society approved, certified according to EN ISO 9712 and SNT-TC-1A (UT / VT / MT / PT / ET Level II and Level III) and equipped with modern portable devices. We carry out our work globally, on board of vessel during voyage, as well as while staying in port or shipyard without additional expenses for building scaffolds, using rope access techniques.
